We only accept cancellations on non personalized items prior to shipping. Due to our very quick turn around time on personalized items...work begins almost immediately following the order being placed and therefore can not be cancelled due to labor and inventory cost involved.
All items are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the item or items and include online tracking. We do not insure our shipments...if you would like insurance added please let us know and we will provide a quote. We usually ship in 1-3 business days of purchase. Sometimes we may take a bit longer depending on the volume of sales and whether it's a race weekend for our family. If you need something by a certain date please send us a message to let us know. We only ship to the address provided on the sales record...if you need it shipped elsewhere it is your responsibility to change the address prior to purchase,We will not be held responsible for a package that does not arrive for an incorrect address.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns are accepted in a timely manner(10 days) from date of receipt on non custom/personalized items only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued once item is received and inspected in the amount of original purchase price less cost of shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent (unwashed, unworn, original tags still attached). Items smelling of smoke, dirty, or covered in pet hair will not be refunded due to damage.
We do not accept returns/cancellations on custom or personalized items once the item has been marked as shipped. If purchasing a personalized item please ask any questions concerning sizing, material or construction prior to purchasing as we will not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless it is due to our mistake.
